The House of Culture has welcomed the launch of a magazine, conducted jointly by the associations of women Cehegín in a ceremony led by Mayor Jose Soria and Councilwoman Maria Teresa González, to mark the Day of the Rights Women and International Peace.
'Women's associations build equality' is the title that has been given to this publication, which has been developed by the associations 'Housewives', 'Widows', 'progressive', 'The Garden' and AECC.
This event also served to honor Bernabea Antartica Soria who gave him a scale replica of Cehegín Cross in bronze.
The conclusion of all activities in commemoration of this day, such as workshops, lectures, demonstrations, tours and presentations have been made to "show that all people are equal," said the councilman.
