The Councillor for Citizen Security, María Dolores Carrasco, has launched in collaboration with the local police and the Department of Education, the School Drawing Competition I 'Children and road safety education', with which it aims to train young people in this area.
The basis of this event are:
Section 1.
The City Council convenes Cehegín I School Drawing Competition Local "CHILDREN AND DRIVER EDUCATION", by the year 2009.
Article 2.
The competition aims to promote the concerns of children, the significance, necessity and the importance of road safety education in their training towards safe and responsible adults.
Article 3.
The drawings will focus on road safety education in schools, from the point of view of participating students.
Article 4.
The work may be done using any technique except the collage, and must be submitted on cardboard or paper, size DIN-A4 and in no case shall there be framed or special assemblies.
Article 5.
Open to all students from Primary Schools all Cehegín.
Participation in this contest will be individual.
Article 6.
Students interested in participating, and meeting the requirements listed in Article 5 shall submit the drawings, through its College, the Hon.
Cehegín City Council, aimed at local police headquarters, before 2 February 2009.
Article 7.
The drawings submitted must not bear the name of the student.
The reverse shows the name of the College, the course to which the student and a serial number.
Associations must submit in a sealed envelope a separate list the name, grade and serial number for each of the participating students.
Article 8.
The jury will consist of: Mrs. Councillor for Citizen Security, Mr Councillor of Education, the Chief of Police Sergeant and Corporal Local Police for Education Local Road.
Acting Chairman Councillor Mrs Public Safety (or his delegate), and Secretary, with voice but no vote, the Secretary General of the Hon.
Cehegín City Council (or his delegate).
Any matter not covered by these rules or claim shall be settled without appeal by the jury.
Article 9.
PRIZES: Three prizes will be awarded (first, second and third) for each of the following groups:
Block A: 1 º and 2 º of Primary.
Block B: 3 and 4 of primary school.
Block C: 5 and Primary 6.
Of the three winners will choose the picture that represents the days of Road Safety Education to be carried out during the month of March 2009.
Article 10.
The creators of the drawings to be submitted to the contest shall be responsible for the origin of the drawing and, if that, was inspired by someone else's work should enjoy the consent of the operator of the latter.
Article 11.
The Department of Public Safety may make a preliminary selection of the drawings submitted.
Article 12.
The Jury may declare the awards and their decision is final.
Article 13.
The jury's decision will be made public on 10 February 2009 in the Auditorium of the Hon.
Cehegín City Council, at a press conference to that effect; also be published in the local newspaper.
Article 14.
The winning designs will become property of Hon.
Cehegín City Council to be able to play freely, without any right accruing such reproduction.
Likewise, the Department of Public Safety reserves the right to add a strip or box stating logo Park Road Education Hon.
Cehegín City Council.
The winning design will be used on the stickers representing Education Conference 2009 Road March.
Article 15.
The drawings are not awarded may be removed by the heads of the participating colleges or by persons duly authorized by the College, in a period of 30 calendar days from the day after the jury issued its ruling.
After this period, the Department of Public Safety may dispose of them for use, publication, or destruction, without the right to any claim.
Article 16.
Contestants, by its mere presentation, accept the terms of this competition.
