The Camelot Room Cehegín has witnessed a show full of grandeur, which under the name Band Music Festival fills the souls of heavenly music, full of feeling, which thrilled the audience in their seats, causing emotions of more varied.
Alfonso Gil has returned to the wheel of the eighth edition of this ceremony, which involved groups of Villa de Fuente Alamo (Murcia), Horcajo de Santiago (Cuenca) and host Cehegín Musical Society, directed by Alonso Moreno.
Cehegín Mayor Jose Soria, and the councilman of Culture, Nicholas Bull, accompanied by the Royal Court, received late in the afternoon to the bands in front of City Hall, from where they were conducting a parade to the Board Camelot already anxiously waiting the arrival of the musicians.
Here the bands played their best pieces, among which were a selection of Charles Chaplin, The joy of the garden, Trips and revelry, the latter accompanied by the masterful voice of the tenor José Daniel García Anson.
The event ended with the traditional setting of flags by the president of the Musical Society of Cehegín, José Francisco Ruiz, the bands invited, and the warm applause of a grateful public.
