The Shrine of Our Lady of the Conception of Cehegín emblematic host, from 15 January to 19 February 2016, the exhibition "Pain and Glory," a sample brother imagery serves as a prelude to the Easter of the locality.

This exhibition, which brings together the most significant images of the mysteries that make Easter Cehegín, has been organized by the Central Board of guilds, and has the support of the Department of Culture of the City of Cehegín, whose mayor is Maravillas Fernandez García.
If in 2015 the exhibition in the Ermita de la Soledad entitled "Passion and Light" focused almost exclusively on the figure of Christ, this time an overview of the iconographic creations focused primarily on the figure is Mary in their different titles, second in the creations dedicated to San Juan and finally another group of images that represent characters such as Mary Magdalene, St. Peter, Judas or Veronica.
The exhibition includes works by sculptors like Mark premier Laborda, Araciel Francisco Sanchez, Juan Gonzalez Moreno, José Sánchez Lozano, Francisco Liza Navarro and José Antonio Hernández and others.
Gathered as a whole for the first time realize not only of wealth and artistic diversity of this religious celebration but showing the roots and tradition of an Easter evolving until today.
