Thirteen young Cehegín have enjoyed the cooking course "Traditional tapas with creative presentations" which over the months of November and December was performed, organized by the Youth Council, whose mayor is Maravillas Fernández García.
This course has had its development in the Wine School from 17 November to 14 December, and has been taught by the ceheginera chef and professor at the School of Hospitality of Murcia, Alicia "Traces"
In it, students were able to attend a series of cooking classes, who have mixed theory with practice, traditional cuisine with creativity in his exhibition at the table.
The Councillor said that "our commitment to the youth of the town, in this course, and where we are going to organize, train is in those sectors that can create jobs present and future, as well as greater quality to our caterers and tourism ".
