Course to learn what is the system of hazard analysis in a food company (18/11/2015)

Organized by the Department of Economic Development, Enterprise and Employment of the City of Cehegín, headed by Francisco Chico Molina, will take place a course on "Application of HACCP in food companies," ranging between days November 30 to December 17 from 9:00 to 14:00, with a total of 50 hours.

This course, which will be conducted by the company Agrupal by industry professionals, has as main objectives the students to know what is the system of "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points" in a food company, its management and its application to the quality control and food safety in the production process of manufacturing industry fed.

The system of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is the most internationally recognized system for ensuring food safety with a preventive approach.

According to statements by Councillor "The implementation of procedures based on the principles of HACCP procedures is a legal requirement at all levels of the food chain except primary production, and we believe that this training may be useful for the possible incorporation of new workers at food companies in our municipality. "

The course is free and aimed at unemployed.
