Javier Miñano Sports Complex (Almarjal) hosted the Days of School Age Athletics, organized by the Department of Sports, headed by Joaquin Lopez Carreño.

They have participated schoolchildren in 3rd and 4th of Primary schools in Cehegín.

These, more than 300 according to data provided by the Department of Sports, have competed in tests of 50, 100, 400 and 500 meter dash, long jump, shot put, ring toss, although the main objective of this conference it has been done with children a day of sport coexistence.

Sports Councilman Joaquin Lopez Carreño, has he thanked "the collaboration of teachers from different schools, because without them we could carry out this kind of events, and promote school sports in this town," he insured.
