The House of Music will host on 28 and 29 May, the free course 'Food hygiene in the canning industry' aimed at unemployed people and workers in the canning industry.

The class schedule will be from 10:00 to 13:00, with a total of 6 contact hours.

The course will be taught by professionals in the food industry.

Some of the objectives of the course will develop work-related aspects of food handling, acquiring basic knowledge about food hazards and preventive measures for their control;

know the main food-borne diseases and good hygiene practice.

The contents are divided into seven teaching units.
