The Adolfo Suárez Cultural Center hosted the awards ceremony of the XII Contest Amateur Theatre 'Cehegín City' which was held last March with the presence of seven Murcia companies.

The jury was chosen as Best Direction of Jesus Garcia, Alhory Group Theatre in the play "The prison of God.

Best Actor Jose Angel Moya in 'The Shadow of the Tenorio'.

The award for Best Actress went to Silvia's work Montesinos 'Al Compass 3x2'.

Best show, the first prize went to the group We Love Musicals for his work 'Al Compass 3x2' and second prize for the company Jacaranda Theater for the play 'Antigone'.

Mayor Jose Soria, and the Councillor for Culture, Nicolás del Toro, presented the awards at a ceremony counted with the performance of monologuista Javi Nemo.
