The Director General of Security Ciudada and Emergency Luis Gestoso, today inaugurated the IX National Conference of Civil Protection to meet this weekend in Cehegín 200 volunteers from all over Spain, which are organized by the Association of Volunteers Cehegín and Group Underwater Rescue Region of Murcia.
In the days have registered more than 200 people belonging to groups and associations Civil Defence volunteers in the Region of Murcia, as well as Valencia, Andalusia, Catalonia, Castilla y León, Galicia and Madrid.
At this meeting conference and training by specialists of Civil Protection talks, National Police and SAMUR take place, which will focus on emergency preparedness and prevention in large events or how to deal with major emergencies.
In addition to the training activities the Panel of Underwater Activities (GEAS) Civil Guard will honor, for his collaboration with the Group of Underwater Rescue Region of Murcia, and the 31 th anniversary of the Association of Voluntary Protection be held Civil Cehegín.
