A company involved in developing Cehegín chocolate Iron Bridge Murcia (10/04/2014)

A total of 16 pastry chefs and chocolatiers in Murcia and Alicante have developed an exact replica of the Iron Bridge of Murcia, using 350 kilos of chocolate.

The bridge, which is published these days in the Government Office, is three meters long and 1.20 meters wide and high and has been running for a month's work for these professionals, united under the name of 'Confectioners in action '.

One of these was the chocolate ceheginero Pedro Antonio Duran, Pastry Pandurán, who along with other colleagues met for a month at a bakery in El Palmar, whose facilities are made bridge.

The reason for making this large piece is joining forces between pastry professionals to promote the tradition of chocolate Easter cake.

This work of 'sweet architecture' will be open for one month in the Government Office.

When finished, the figure is divided among more than 600 children, who can enjoy the 350 kilos of chocolate.
