Begoña Iniesta out "the good work" Cehegín in combating truancy (11/02/2014)

Iniesta has welcomed the creation of classroom alternative to expulsion and other measures implemented to reduce absenteeism and drop-out in the town

The Director General of Educational Planning and Attention to Diversity, Begoña Iniesta, highlighted "the good work" that is being developed in Cehegín within the Truancy Campaign.

Iniesta made these remarks during the visit he made this morning to three schools in the county to meet in person this municipal program combating school failure and dropout.

Iniesta, accompanied by the mayor of the municipality, José Soria, and the Councillor for Education, Nicholas del Toro, visited secondary education institutes (HEIs) and Vega Alquipir Argos and Concerted Colegio Nuestra Señora de las Maravillas de San Vicente de Paul.
