Christmas comes this Saturday with the opening of lighting and a market of young artisans (10/12/2013)

Christmas programming starts Cehegín this coming Saturday, December 14th, with the opening of ornamental lighting and installation of Young Christmas Market, where local artisans will be selling their works and items and so make themselves known , as reported by the Councillor for Youth and Celebrations, Rubén Sánchez.

The market has been jointly organized by the Department of Youth and Celebration and Craft and Commerce who heads Francisco in April, and will be installed in the Plaza del Alpargatero during Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December.

In this central area, about 12 young people up to 35 years exhibited candy, decorations, gifts and holiday plants, among other objects.

Saturday hours will be from 17:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 11:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:00.

Moreover, as explained Councilman during the two days there will be live music to liven up the market.

On special Christmas lighting, will be lit at 18:00 pm on Saturday, December 14, from Alpargatero Square.

"The ornamentation to the main streets and shopping areas of the city such as the Gran Vía, Plaza of the Gate or Murcia road, with the aim of providing a pleasant Christmas atmosphere invite you to stroll and shop at the stores will extend "expressed Ruben Sanchez, who added that also in all districts of the municipality with Christmas lights will be installed.
