In the evening will be the traditional procession of the venerated image transfer from Franciscan sanctuary to the parish church of St. Mary Magdalene.

BRIEF HISTORY:
The story of the Virgin of Wonders Cehegín dates back to 1721, date that Pastor Franciscan Francisco Moreno expressed his desire to find an image for Cehegín and the convent of the Franciscan fathers whose community was part.
The image of the Virgin is considered work of the Neapolitan school and has been attributed to the sculptor Nicolas smoke, although there is no documentary about it.
He arrived at the port of Cartagena from Italy and from there moved to Cehegín, making your entrance in the town on 25 July 1725.
