The priest ceheginero and current rector of the major seminary of San Fulgencio and San Jose under the Diocese of Cartagena, Guy Sebastian, will be in charge of the Easter proclamation ceheginera on 9 March by unanimous agreement of the Central Board of Guilds.
"The president of the Central Board of Guilds, Alfonso Gil, told me the appointment and honored that they thought of me as a priest and as ceheginero to address the brothers of my people," says Sebastian.
