Sanitary inspection conducted at the request of the complaint lodged by the PSOE Cehegín, notes that the facilities for sports hall and changing rooms pose a risk to the health of students and professionals.

On July 12, Jose Rafael Rocamora, Secretary General of the PSOE in Cehegín, Wonders Fernández, of the municipal councilor responsible for education issues and Choni Ludeman, Secretary of Education PSRM-PSOE, presented to the media three letters, one of which was addressed to the Ministry of Health requesting a health inspection at the offices of the "hut" and the costumes of the Argos Vega IES.

A reason for this complaint, the Health Department issued a health inspection on 27 July and the report finds:
