The Mayor of Cehegín, José Rafa Rocamora, has signed the agreement for the provision of electronic administration services in Cehegín.
"With the implementation of e-government, we take a step closer to the total transparency of the administration, facilitating the telematic management of any administrative process carried out by the neighbors Cehegín," said José Rafael.
In addition, the implementation of electronic administration, allows administrations to share documentation between them.
The citizen will no longer have to provide documentation that has another administration, be it another city council or the community.
Cehegín has joined this agreement with the municipalities of Abanilla, Abarán, Albudeite, Aledo, Archena, Beniel, Blanca, Bullas, Campos del Rio, Fortuna, La Unión, Librilla, Lorquí, Mula, Ojós, Pliego, Puerto Lumbreras, Ricote, Santomera, Ulea and Villanueva del Río Segura.
Thanks to this agreement Cehegín City Council will be able to benefit from a software platform, based in the Community that will have access to all local entities, where it will be housed from the paperwork manager, the employment portal or the tax portal.
In addition, it allows to give an internal technological impulse in terms of being able to manage digitally and interconnected the population register, the accounting, the subsidies, the patrimonial management or the human resources of the city council.
