The Councilors of Sports of Cehegín, Joaquín López Carreño, and Caravaca, Antonio Donate, as well as Francisco Guerao, President of the Orientation Federation of the Region of Murcia, today presented the XXIX International Trophy Murcia Costa Cálida.

The competition corresponds to the second test of the Spanish Orienteering League and will be held in Cehegín and Caravaca the next 17, 18 and 19 February.

This test of orientation is the second in antiquity in Spain and throughout all the editions celebrated has been consolidated like the best Spanish test of this specialty, thanks to its technical and organizational quality.

As already explained, there are already more than 1000 registered participants, of which 380 are foreigners, from countries like Finland, from which comes their national team, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Ukraine, Switzerland, Romania, Russia, etc.

SATURDAY 18 FEBREROC long race WRE.map (new): Llano de Arriba, Caravaca de la Cruz.After 8:00: information and delivery of riders.After 9:00 am: individual departure for all categories. The OPEN categories will have free output between 10:00 and 11:30 hours. Correlín at 11:45 am in the competition center.

In the goal area there will be a catering service (coffees, sandwiches, refreshments), toilets and the information point of the organization.

There will also be a pick-up service for children.

Trophy delivery at 1:00 p.m. in the competition center to the top three in each category and for the first 5 of the WRE race.
