Councillor for Agriculture and Environment of the City of Cehegín, Maria Jose Martinez Verdugo, reported to general knowledge, in accordance with Royal Decree 1702/2011, of November 18, is mandatory inspection of all equipment plant protection products, as well published in a statement the Ministry of Agriculture.

Breach of this provision may result in significant adverse consequences for the marketing and export of agricultural products of Spanish origin.
The Ministry also reports that "after this period, only be used for professional purposes the pesticide application equipment having successfully passed inspection"
