The councilor for Youth, José Antonio Zafra, has announced that nutrition workshops will be held from this council throughout this month of April, every Monday and Wednesday. These will be taught by the nutritionist of the Vita Center, Mari Carmen Pérez, and they will be broadcast live on the Espacio Joven Facebook channel.

The first will take place tomorrow, Monday, April 13, at 11:30, under the title "Breakfast, lunch and dinner with me."

The second workshop will be next Wednesday, April 15, at the same time, and will be titled “Healthy cooking with children�.

The mayor explained that "these new workshops are coming to implement the ones that are being carried out by this council and that try to make the confinement we are experiencing more pleasant and enjoyable.

In this case, the subject of food takes on special relevance and, having to teach them, this great specialist is a luxury for us and for all Ceheginers who will be able to enjoy them �.
