This evening, at 6:30 p.m., in the Plaza del Alpargatero the traditional Christmas lighting will come on, which each year marks the beginning of these endearing dates.
As on other occasions, the main streets and enclaves of the municipality have been illuminated.
The event will feature the Christmas Choir of the "City of Begastri" school, who will play some Christmas carols prepared for this occasion.
It begins, then, a whole program that, this morning, has had the pages of the Magi as protagonists, which have distributed in all the schools of Cehegín the letters to the little ones.
In addition to these activities, today the conference "Symbology and Sacred Geometry" will be held, given by José Ignacio de Silanes, at 7:00 p.m., in the Archaeological Museum of Cehegín.
At 20:00 hours, photographer Juan Antonio Berengüí, will open his exhibition "The line of the sky", also in the Temporary Rooms of the Archaeological Museum;
and at 20:30 hours, the School of Wine will host the presentation of a new Association, called “Torre del Pozoâ€, which is born in defense of the Historical, Artistic and Cultural Heritage of the Old Town of Cehegín.
Already, on Sunday, December 15, the City of Cehegín Choir will perform its Christmas concert at the Church of Valentine.
It will be at 12:00.
