The Bullas Wine Route, to which the Cehegín City Council belongs, shows the history, culture and gastronomy of the Cehegineras through a route called 'Cehegín: Medievo y Vino', which will take place on Saturday, November 30.
The Department of Tourism, directed by María Dolores Agudo, stressed that during this day, which will begin at 9:45 am, participants can take a tour of their old wineries, admire emblematic buildings of the town and medieval corners, travel in the time in the old late-Roman-Visigoth city of Begastri or savor the gastronomic proposals of La Almazara in pairing with some of the best wines of the Denomination of Origin.
The route includes guided tours to the School of Wine, the Old Town and the Carreño Wineries, where a wine tasting will take place.
After lunch at the restaurant La Almazara, in El Escobar, and the visit to the archaeological site of Begastri, will conclude a day for which those interested can register at the price of 30 euros per person, which includes all the activities indicated, the tasting, Food and bus trips.
