Cehegín held the first magic-tourist route for its churches, which involved more than hundred people, which have left amazed at this, organized by the Department of Tourism.

Local historian Francisco Bustamante Ortega was responsible for leading on this activity, in which participants have experienced not only the historical and heritage value of such buildings, but also the mysteries that hold the walls and vaults.

Thus, for three hours were visited the churches of La Magdalena, La Soledad and Santo Cristo, ending at the Sanctuary of the Virgen de las Maravillas, Patroness of Cehegín, how could it be otherwise.
