Progressive Women's Association of Cehegín held the second edition of its Conference on Mental Health, which have been attended by a large audience, which has learned the skills necessary to maintain good mental health, and diseases affecting mind.
The council members of Associations and Social Services, María Teresa González and María Isabel Martínez, respectively, were present at the opening of this conference, which was conducted with the collaboration of the Department of Women and the Ministry of Health.
In these, delivered by professionals, is also used to present at the association Cehegín AFEMNOR, born in 2005 in order to accommodate a single entity to the families of mentally ill in the Northwest Region.
Formed by people with disabilities, parents and families, professionals and volunteers, has the mission to provide personalized support for disabled person acquires the personal autonomy, quality of life and be integrated into society, recognized as full citizens.
