Cehegín City Council already has a new factory in Salt Water Polygon that will be made available to companies interested in setting up in the same.
The ship has been built with a grant of 213,000 euros granted to the City by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, through the Directorate General of Industry and SMEs.
Of 1,000 square meters and equipped with loading dock, electrical and water and fully fenced perimeter, the ship will go to tender soon for those companies that may be interested in settling in the industrial estates.
The rental price is 0.60 euros per square meter and there is a possibility to access a grant of 50% of the rental price for the first year, in addition to other grants and exemptions contained in the 'Support Plan Business Implementation Cehegín 2012/13 '.
On the other hand, soon will also notice other two ships, in this case located in the industrial area of ​​dung, of 230 and 142 m, respectively.
The rent of these ships is 0.90 euros per square meter.
Like, Councilman Business and Economic Development, Francisco in April, reported that during the month of October is scheduled to go on tender new industrial plots in this polygon that can still be purchased at 30 euros per square meter, already developed and prepared to build immediately.
The mayor pointed out that the value of these plots was 60 euros per meter and that in order to encourage the establishment of companies in these areas will cut the price of the same 50%.
