The City constructed buildings for rent in 'Salt Water', and give aid to companies setting (24/02/2011)

Cehegín Mayor Jose Soria, and the Town Planning and Industry, Gregorio Morales, visited the industrial area of Salt Water, which is about to complete the construction of two municipal buildings, which the City will lease to companies upon request, in addition to providing aid to all those that are installed in that area.

This is a package of measures to encourage new companies in the industrial area of salt water, such as a subsidy may reach 15 percent of the costs involved in the plot, and a reduction in the tax structures and related support vehicles to companies setting up there, a fact that could greatly benefit transport companies.

Currently, the Salt Water Industrial Estate has two municipal buildings (a 500 square meters, plus a mezzanine of 200 square meters and another 700 square meters, plus a mezzanine of 200 square meters), that will be competitive soon, so that all interested companies may choose to rent, another two ships engaged in honey production and plant protection products, respectively, and a parcel acquired by a company which has presented the project at City Hall.
