Local Development Councilor Francisco Chico and the Councilor for Youth and Education, Maravillas Fernández, visited the five workers hired for six months within the Local Public Employment Programs for beneficiaries of the National Guarantee System Juvenil, which has launched the Cehegín City Council.
One of the programs is for the Intervention for Training and Values ​​through the Educational Centers of Cehegín (Phase II), which has 14,910.80 euros.
Two young people will be hired with this program.
The Councilor for Education commented that "this program began last year and consists of the design of a comprehensive plan for education in values ​​to develop in all schools in the municipality and in this case, these two workers, will implement those activities That are going to be destined to form in values ​​to our young people and our children ".
The other program will focus on the development of a Strategic Plan for Economic Promotion, which has been allocated € 27,279.27 for the recruitment of three young people.
This project will be carried out by technical staff of the City Council, in collaboration with the three young people who will be hired thanks to this grant.
The Councilor for Employment referred to this project that "consists of two main lines: on the one hand we want to make a plan for industrial development of all our polygons, study their needs for the attraction of new investments and companies, as well as a marketing plan Also with this Strategic Plan we intend to carry out a study of the updated needs of all that is the socio-economic fabric of the municipality in order to articulate measures that are effective for the promotion of the local economy "
