The Town Council of Cehegín, through the Department of Works and Services, whose Edil is Ismael Abellán, will carry out the renovation of the paving and drinking water networks of Soledad Street, the village of Canara and The street Árgos de Cehegín, as well as the 1st Phase of the renovation of public lighting in the hamlet of Cabezo.
This project is part of the Regional Action Plan for the Dynamization of Works and Services of 2016, which consists of the subsidy to the Municipalities of the Region of Murcia, less than 50,000 inhabitants, by the Autonomous Community, specifically, the Council of Presidency.
In the works on Soledad street in the village of Canara, we will proceed to replace the existing concrete pavement in poor condition, by a mixed concrete pavement and slab in an area of ​​420 m2.
A new sanitation network will be installed, made of pvc pipe with a 215 mm outer diameter tile, in a length of 66 m.
The connections will be made to houses of the same material and 200 mm in diameter.
The potable water distribution network will be formed by high density polyethylene pipe of 90 mm outside diameter, with a length of 87 m.
The housings of the houses formed by polyethylene pipes of 1 inch nominal diameter will be realized.
In the Argos street will replace the current concrete pavement in bad condition by a mixed concrete pavement and slab in an area of ​​365 m2.
It will install a sanitation network formed by pvc pipe color of 315 mm outside diameter and with a length of approximately 55 m and its corresponding connections for homes.
The network of potable water will also be renewed by means of a high density polyethylene pipe of 90 mm of external diameter and 70 m of length and its corresponding connections for the dwellings.
Finally, the first phase of public lighting in the hamlet of Cabezo will be renewed.
30 points of light will be replaced, using led luminaires model Airis Titanium or similar and will proceed to renew the corresponding underground network and its control panel.
The total amount to carry out the works is 140,112.61 euros, of which the Autonomous Community will subsidize 130,116 euros, while Cehegín City Council will contribute 9,996.61 euros.
