The City Council implemented a new communication service incidents via mobile app (21/04/2016)

As reported in a press conference the mayor of Cehegín, Jose Rafael Rocamora, and Councilman Works and Services City of Cehegín, Ismael Garcia Abellan, the ceheginero council has implemented the Green Line service.

Thanks to this initiative, as explained by the mayor "citizens of the municipality will benefit from the advantages offered by Green Line. This service is a direct channel of communication of incidents detected in the urban infrastructure in the municipality".

For this, the user connects to the Play Store or the App Store based on the technology used on your mobile device (Android / iOS).

Select the APP Green Line, and the download is done for free.

From this point, simply choose your municipality and you can start using the Green Line service.

To report an incident, simply select the type.

For geolocation, the application is responsible for automatically detecting the exact coordinates where it is located.

Still, the user can also do this manually if you choose to send the notice at another time from another location.

Later, you can attach a photo of the incident with a brief description.

Once submitted, the designated responsible will receive notification of it.

From this moment, the procedures are initiated to solve the detected incidence.

Once resolved, the citizen receives a notification on their mobile.

Also to report an incident there is also the possibility of being able to do through the web www.lineaverdecehegin.es.

Once registered, the user can also make known the detected defect.

And citizens can also communicate by telephone or in person to City Hall, as has been usual.

In this, an officer will be responsible for transmitting their impact through the service indicated above.

The Mayor explained that "with the computerization of this process the City Council even closer to the citizen, joining him participation and collaboration, which improves the level of response to any incident."

Green Line is a completely free service.

The city and township enterprise can benefit from the advantages offered without carrying out any economic consideration.
