Security Protocol for All Saints Day 2020 (22/10/2020)

| The Covid-19 Coordination Table addresses the Security Protocol for All Saints Day | The mayor of Cehegín, Alicia del Amor, this morning chaired the coordination table on the occasion of the Covid-19 pandemic, meetings that have been held periodically to share information, coordinate actions and implement the application of the regulations that have been emerging.Today, in it, the Security Protocol for All Saints' Day has been addressed.

They are exceptional measures agreed to prevent the commemoration from becoming a source of contagion of the virus.The Council of Public Safety, Health and Works and Services, the headquarters of the Local Police, Civil Guard, the city's Civil Protection group, as well as the Parish Priest of Santa María Magdalena, have participated in this body, since the cemetery of this town is ecclesiastical property.In this way, the protocol with which it is intended to guarantee the security of the municipality's cemetery has been announced, which will be activated from October 30 to November 2.The councils involved, together with municipal technicians and those responsible for the management and maintenance of the Cemetery, have worked on the configuration of a device, with specific and extraordinary measures that must be complied with, with the health recommendations that avoid the concentrations of people and that these days become a source of contagion."It is, as has been explained, to maintain the safety and health of visitors to the health situation in which we find ourselves immersed that requires a series of measures to enable the traditional visit to the cemetery while maintaining hygiene and safety conditions mandatory for those who want to come to the cemetery on those days.The protocol contemplates the increase of Local Police officers and Civil Protection volunteers to control mobility and access restrictions with a maximum capacity of 140 people, with a maximum time in the premises of 30 minutes. The public visiting hours will be from 8:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.

and from 3:00 p.m.

to 6:00 p.m.The City Council insists on the obligation of all attendees to comply with the appropriate sanitary measures, mandatory use of a mask, social distance, use of hydroalcoholic gel, as well as that they act responsibly avoiding crowds.
