The Mayors of Cehegín and Calasparra, José Rafael Rocamora and José Vélez, respectively, today inaugurated the new changing rooms that will be annexed to the Rural Association of Valentin, fruit of the collaboration agreement between both municipalities which has allowed the financing of these works.
The new units are two changing rooms, one male and one female, attached, with a toilet, six showers and dressing area.
They have been assigned to this Educational Center, which will benefit from them.
But also, on the other hand, they will be able to use them, for any sporting activity, of celebrations or playful, the general public of the district.
The budget of the works has been 29,755.84 euros, VAT included, whose payment has been paid by the two consistories in equal parts, that is, 14,877.92 euros.
The Mayor of Cehegín has stated that "it was a reality that Valentín had some deficient facilities to carry out the practice of sport or any other event on the part of its inhabitants"
"These, Jose Rafael Rocamora has continued explaining, come to respond to a demand from the parish, students, teachers, families and people in general who, from now on, will have one more service to be able to perform physical activity and any other event in normal conditions. "
